dotProject user_id SQL injection

Description:
dotProject is vulnerable to SQL injection. If "m" is set to "admin", a remote authenticated attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the index.php script using the user_id parameter, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
