Detailed Description

Business Impact:

This vulnerability allows an attacker to obtain complete control over the target system, but to successfully exploit the system, the attacker would have to persuade an Internet Explorer user to visit a malicious website. Although user interaction is required, IBM X-Force considers this issue to be one of the most severe vulnerabilities in the August 2007 Microsoft patch bundle because Microsoft’s core XML services are employed by a wide array of Windows software.
