Description:

The Terminal Services in Microsoft Windows 2000 Server could allow a remote attacker to bypass group policy settings and gain unauthorized access to network resources. If the amount of authenticated users exceeds the "per server" licenses, the group policy settings in the "SYSVOL" share are not applied, which would allow the attacker to have the same privileges on the Terminal Server as the local system.
