Description:
Funk Software's Proxy creates a Windows Named Pipe during installation that allows the "Everyone" group full control. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute the Funk Proxy Host service configuration utilities.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Proxy Host (3.09A or later), as listed in RAZOR Security Advisory, April 8, 2002. See References.
