Ethereal WBXML denial of service

Description:
Ethereal is vulnerable to a denial of service attack caused by a vulnerability in the WBXML. A remote attacker could use this vulnerability to cause a null pointer dereference and cause Ethereal to crash.
Platforms Affected:
- Conectiva, Linux 10
- Ethereal, Ethereal 0.10.1 - 0.10.11
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Ethereal (0.10.12 or later), available from the Ethereal Download Web page. See References.
For Conectiva Linux 10.0:
Upgrade to the latest version of Ethereal (0.10.12-77079U10_5cl or later), as referenced in Conectiva Announcement CLSA-2005:1003. See References.
