Linux kernel ioperm system call could allow unauthorized access to I/O ports
| linux-ioperm-unauth-access (12010) |
Description:
Linux kernel could allow a local attacker to gain unauthorized access to some I/O ports. The ioperm system call, which sets I/O port access permissions, fails to properly restrict privileges. This vulnerability could allow a local attacker to gain read or write access to some I/O ports.
