WinZip PKZIP weak password encryption algorithm

Description:
The WinZip utility uses a weak encryption algorithm to password protected files. A local attacker, by reverse engineering the stream code generated by WinZip, could use brute force techniques to obtain passwords and gain unauthorized access to compressed files.
