Description:
The uml_net utility, which is included as part of the Linux kernel-utils package, could allow a local attacker to gain root privileges.The uml_net utility is installed setuid root. A local attacker could use this vulnerability to gain root privileges on the system.

Remedy:
For Red Hat Linux:
