Description:
Sygate Personal Firewall could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions. By specifying a source port of 137 or 138, a remote attacker could bypass the firewall and possibly launch further attacks against the vulnerable system.

- Symantec, Sygate Security Agent 3.0
