DB4Web can be used to make TCP connections to other systems

Description:
DB4Web could allow a remote attacker to use the DB4Web server as a portscanner to fingerprint or scan other systems. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the DB4Web server to cause the server to establish a TCP connection to another system. An attacker could use this vulnerability to hide their true identity when gathering information that could then be used to launch further attacks against the targeted system.
