MIT Kerberos 5 KDC NULL pointer dereference denial of service
| kerberos-kdc-null-pointer-dos (10099) |
Description:
The MIT Kerberos Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 is vulnerable to a denial of service attack, caused by a NULL pointer dereference that can occur under certain configurations. A remote attacker who has successfully authenticated to the KDC can cause the KDC to crash by sending a malformed request.
