Summary
An attempt to execute pfdispaly.cgi or pfdisplay.cgi , which can allow attacker to execute commands on a server.
Details
You should only be worried about this script if you are running old versions of SGI IRIX. Mostly, this is just a sign of somebody scanning you with a generic scanner, and not indicative of a particular attack against your system. This detection is a special case of the more generic CGI pfdispaly.cgi.
