SummaryThis indicated an attempt to hang your system.
Details
The Jolt attack is designed to crash your system by sending invalid IP fragments at it. The Jolt attack sends very large, fragmented ICMP packets to a target machine running Windows 95 or NT. The ICMP packets are fragmented in such a way that the target machine is unable to reassemble them for use.
Defense
Most firewalls will automatically filter out these packets.
Spoofing
Most instances of this attack are from spoofed IP addresses.
