Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for participation in ISS' educational institution program, the institution must be at least one of the following:
- A public or private school, vocational school, correspondence school, junior college, university, scientific or technical institution accredited by associations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, and the appropriate district, regional and state administrative offices
- A public elementary, secondary, vocational and/or correspondence school accredited by the State Board of Education, and the appropriate district, regional and state administrative offices
- A private elementary, secondary, vocational and/or correspondence school accredited by a national, regional or state agency, including the administrative offices.
- A preschool:
- that offers educational and/or childcare services
- with a minimum of ten students between the ages of two and five
- that has operated for a minimum of one year
- that uses public or private, profit or non-profit facilities
- that is licensed, regulated or accredited by the state.
