The threat has Evolved. Have your defenses?

As IT departments stand guard for the next worm, targeted malcode, rootkits and ransomware are infiltrating the network on a regular basis. Without understanding the nature of these continually evolving threats, companies remain woefully unprotected by an inferior AV model and legacy defenses. This session will examine why these legacy defenses are insufficient and offer advice for how to discern which protection strategies remain poignant, which are outdated, and even those that may now be liabilities to security efforts. This session will use bleeding edge examples to help conquer the enemy and make antiquated defenses a thing of the past.
